We are a Private Sector Building Control Company authorised to provide the complete Building Control Service from design stage through to satisfactory completion on site. We provide Building Control Approval and can make all decisions relating to the Building Regulations.
ASK was founded in 2012 by Building Control Surveyors Paul Sessford and Paul Willmore. YDBC is a Construction Industry Council (CIC) registered Building Control Approved Inspector providing a private alternative to Local Authority Building Control. Founded in 2009 by original director and Building Control Surveyor Gerard Marsh, we have steadily grown into a team of surveyors with a combined experience of over 100 years and helpful, knowledgeable administrators. Since joining C80 Group in 2019, we’ve expanded our service area from the Yorkshire Dales and into the rest of Yorkshire, the North East and the North West.
